Got a little artist in the family who is desperate to show off their talent to a global audience? Sisters Grimm is releasing a new music video in March and is looking to include works of art from children in the UAE.
The project, UAE Art in Nature, is aiming to showcase the creative talents of local kiddos throughout the emirates with a music video set to be released on March 3 to coincide with World Wildlife Day.
Supported by the KHDA, the music video will be made up of artwork submissions from kids aged between five and 16.
Fancy getting involved? All artwork must be sent in by Sunday February 14 and has to be themed around nature in the UAE.
You can choose any subject from a nature reserve, such as Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, trees in your favourite park, flowers in your garden, the sea when you next enjoy a family beach day, the rolling sand dunes in the desert or the stunning mountains that can be found around the UAE.
Kids can make their nature art work using any medium they like including painting, drawing, mixed media collage or with a 3D model.
Once you’ve created your colorful masterpiece, send a photo of it to [email protected] along with what you’ve called it, your name, school and emirate you live in. And then you wait to see whether it’s going to end up in a music video – how cool!
Feeling arty? Paintbrushes at the ready kiddos!
Open to kids five-16. Deadline Sun Feb 14. Email submissions to [email protected].
